March is for the books!
In March, our library hosts the annual book fair and PTA is proud to support with the Annual Literacy Night and Read-a-thon!
To support our Rockets on their reading journey, Rockdale will host the annual book fair supporting our library with funds for new books. The Read-a-Thon supports the arts and PTA programs. Family Literacy Night brings the community together in celebration of books and reading!

Come for the books, stay for poetry, zine workshop, character meet and greet and more!
Spring 2026 marks the fourth annual event and we welcome all Rockdale students and families to celebrate the written and spoken word together. Attendance and activities are free to all! Food available for purchase.
