Reflections Arts Program "I Belong!" – How to Participate

Calling all Rockdale student artists! Follow the steps below to submit your entry to the 2025 Reflections Program.  This year's deadline is November 4th — don’t miss it!

Follow these steps to submit your entry:

1. Review the Guidelines
Before you begin, carefully review the official guidelines for your chosen arts category: Dance | Film | Literature | Music | Photography | Visual Arts

2. Complete the Participation Form
All participants must fill out the online submission form

3. For submissions in Visual Arts or Photography, you must also print and attach this fillable entry form to the back of your artwork.

4. Notify the Reflections Chair
 Once your form is submitted, email JJ at reflections@rockdalepta.org with your name and phone number to confirm your participation.  Feel free to reach out with any questions, too!

5. Submit by the Deadline of 11/4– No Exceptions
Final Deadline: November 4
All digital files and photos of physical artwork must be emailed to reflections@rockdalepta.org by November 4th. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Tips for Success:
* Double-check all forms are completed correctly.  Especially the Artist Statement!
* If you're submitting physical artwork, make sure it's clearly labeled and includes the printed form.
* Don’t wait until the last minute!
